Sonata Musings and Sonatina links

January Sonata Piano Camp ended yesterday and I’m already missing everyone. What a great group! Despite the cold weather, we all remained cozy inside, playing lots of piano. There were 6 newbies in this group and it was so much fun to watch them all take the experience in and become a part of the group, doing what they love to do: play piano.

We were lucky with this group as one of the participants, Lyn Tesseyman, chose to blog about her experience. Her writings and wonderful photos capture her time here with such enthusiasm, it’s contagious! Take a look by clicking here. Scroll down to her original post too for even more pictures and a larger story line.

Our website also has added her link so that any other intimidated potential newbies might view coming to camp with less trepidation. Sonata Piano Camp is for all levels of ability, as Lyn can attest, as a beginner on the piano. Check out the link directly on our website.

Finally, so many people have never seen the CNN piece that was done on the August Sonata Piano Camp by news correspondent Beth Nissen and aired on CNN’s NewsNight with Aaron Brown back in 2003. We have included that on our website as well. It appears on our front page. Or, if you prefer, it can be seen on my youtube channel:

I hope you enjoy being linked to these visually rich sites.
